Orders placed on this site can only be delivered within Japan.

[Shipping fee]

Shipping is free throughout Japan. For deliveries to remote islands and other remote areas, an additional remote area delivery fee may be charged. (Approximately 1,200 yen. This varies depending on the region, so please contact customer service.)

[Product delivery]

Orders placed on this site are generally shipped from Hong Kong. Delivery is limited to the customer's designated delivery address (within Japan). Additional shipping fees may apply to remote islands and some areas, and delivery may not be possible.

If the product is in stock at our Japanese warehouse, it will be shipped from our Japanese warehouse. (Shipping within 2 business days)

[Estimated delivery date]

If the product is in stock at the Japan warehouse, it will be shipped within 1-2 business days after the order is placed, and it will take about 1-3 days from shipping to delivery. Pre-order items will be shipped according to the time displayed on the page. For international shipping, it will take about 7-12 days from shipping to delivery. There may be delays due to customs procedures and flight schedules. (Delivery times may be extended by about one week on holidays.) Please note this in advance.

[Payment of import duties and taxes]

Taxes are included in the product price and there are no additional taxes to pay.

[Change of delivery address]

Please provide us with your order number and the shipping address you wish to change via the inquiry page before shipping. We cannot accept changes to the shipping address after the product has been prepared for shipping or has been shipped.

The shipping company will store your package for about 1 to 2 weeks (maximum) (varies depending on the shipping company and office). If any of the following items apply, the product will be treated as a return. In this case, you will be responsible for the shipping fee for the product, as well as the costs incurred in returning the product (shipping fee for returning the product and other costs related to returning the product).

    Regarding the delivery status after the product has been shipped, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please check the tracking number in the shipping completion email and contact the delivery company. (If there is no tracking information, it is because the product is currently undergoing customs clearance in Hong Kong. The tracking information will be updated once the procedure is completed.)
