After receiving your order, we will ship your order within 3 business days, and it will take about 7 to 10 days for delivery. Since this is an international shipment, it may take some time to clear customs and check flight schedules, so there may be some delays. Thank you for your understanding.

If it's only been a day since it showed as delivered, please be patient - the carrier may scan the package before it gets to you, so you should expect it to be delivered within a few hours.

If the tracking hasn't been updated for an abnormally long time, it may have been lost in transit, please contact the shipping company, if no results after 2 weeks, please contact our store inquiry.

We are not responsible for non-delivery due to an incorrect shipping address or the recipient not being available at the expected delivery time.

In most cases, they are not collected, but the higher the value of the item, the more likely it is that they will be collected. Import taxes are generally paid through Japan Post or the delivery company.

Yes. All our products are PSE and TELEC certified.
All our products come pre-installed with Windows 11 Home. OS upgrades are not supported as they may cause technical problems.
Please provide your order number to issue a receipt. We will email it to you in PDF format. Please note that we are unable to issue a formal invoice.
We purchase hardware from different brands with the same technical specifications, including SSD, Wi-Fi card, RAM, HDD, power supply, etc. Especially for RAM and SSD, due to limited resources and brands, we choose manufacturers such as Samsung, Kingston, Crucial, Adata, Phison, etc. as our suppliers. Products produced in different batches may have slight differences in hardware.

All hardware goes through rigorous quality inspections and meets factory standards before being delivered to ACEMAGIC, so you can rest assured that our warranty policy remains the same even if the product uses non-brand hardware.
