1. We will be holding our "Autumn Thanksgiving" from November 7th to November 29th, 2024. During this period, we will offer special prices to all customers who place orders on our site. Orders placed outside this period will not be eligible for the special offer.
   
2. Coupons cannot be applied to flash sale items.

3. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. If you need to change your address after the product has been shipped, you will need to contact the shipping company directly.

4. If you cancel or refuse to receive your order after it has been shipped, we will charge you a 2% handling fee.

5. If you request a refund for an order placed during the Fall Thanksgiving period, the amount of the refund will be based on the amount paid.
